Below you will find the paper worked needed when signing up for a house. Please ensure all paper work is delivered to the office a few days after reserving the property to ensure all information is available when the contract is created.

We also understand that Reading is a bustling town and the world is no longer 9-5, so neither is your viewing times!
We will collect you from any location in Reading and then take you to the property then return you home. We can carry out viewings until 9pm, seven days a week.
